If you are not completely happy with your chandelier or lighting product, this Return & Refund Policy explains the return eligibility, exchange conditions, and refund process.
Return Eligibility
Faye Ora accepts returns for eligible chandelier and lighting products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
- All original packaging, accessories, components, manuals, and mounting hardware must be included
- Products must not show signs of installation, wiring, modification, or damage caused after delivery
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products that meet the return requirements outlined above.
Exchange conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Return Method
All approved returns and exchanges are handled by mail.

Return Shipping Costs
Faye Ora provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.
There is no charge to customers for approved return shipping labels.
Customers are encouraged to securely package returned products to help prevent transit damage during the return process.
Restocking Fees
Faye Ora does not charge restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
- Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed
Currency
All prices, refunds, and return-related transactions are processed in GBP (Pound Sterling).
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item has been installed or modified
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The product is returned damaged due to improper packaging
- The return request is submitted outside the eligible return period
